Do not hire Apple Home
Inspections if you DON'T want to know about hidden water leaks
that are conducive to mold mildew and rot, lack of insulation in
the walls and ceilings contributing to an uncomfortable house
and higher energy bills, electrical hot spots that can be a fire
hazard or structural issues that can lead to a significant cost
down the road. |

Do not hire Apple Home
Inspections if you DON'T want a home inspector that owns and
operates high tech tools including a FLIR Infrared camera,
Suretest circuit analyzer, Electrophysics moisture meter, Carbon
monoxide tester, Water pressure gauge, clamp meter, voltage
tester, vinyl siding zip-it tool, 10 million candle power
spotlight, infrared thermometer, humidity meter, 32 foot
extension ladders and everything else the other inspectors have. |

Do not hire Apple Home
Inspections if you are NOT concerned about third party influence
or potential for conflict of interest. Other parties may not
always have your best interest in mind when there is significant
financial gain. I am a proud member of the
Independent Home Inspectors of North
America and
have taken a pledge to be uninfluenced by anyone. |

Do not hire Apple Home
Inspections if you DON'T want a thorough and detailed
inspection. I get to the areas most inspectors, simply don't go
including leopard crawling in attics and crawlspaces to those
tight or hard to reach areas that may have significant problems. |

Do not hire Apple Home
Inspections if you want a boring carbon copy, on site checklist,
inspection report. I use state of the art software, taking over
150 pictures on average per inspection and inserting them along
with illustrations into the custom report. Reports are a
significant aspect of the inspection and time should be spent to
ensure it is done right. I have access to over 1700
illustrations made available from the
Carson Dunlop illustrated home library. |

Do not hire Apple Home
Inspections if you want your home inspection to be completed
within 2 to 3 hours. A home has a significant amount of
components and it is impossible to do a detailed inspection in a
limited time frame. I spend the time to ensure issues are not
overlooked preventing opportunity for future problems. |

Do not hire Apple Home
Inspections if you DON'T want to attend the inspection. I
understand that everyone has commitments and if you cannot
attend the inspection I can provide you with a post
walk-through. Although, it is highly recommended that you do
attend the inspection process to ask any questions or concerns
that you may have. Furthermore it allows my clients the
opportunity to view the components first hand and have a better
understanding about any issues or maintenance items. |

Do not hire Apple Home
Inspections if you are NOT concerned about your families health
and safety. I care for one Vancouver Island family at a time.
Your safety and comfort is my priority. |

Do not hire Apple Home
Inspections if you DON'T want a technical and academically
trained home inspector. Some of the inspectors have recently
been grandfathered and or are in a transitional stage allowing
them up to 2 years to upgrade academically and or meet the
requirements of the approved associations. I am academically
trained by Carson Dunlop Consulting Engineers and I am a member
in good standing of three home inspector associations. |

Do not hire Apple Home
Inspections if you want the cheapest inspection on the block.
There is an old saying and that is "You get what you pay for".
My inspection costs are justified due to my time spent on site
and report generation, extensive, thorough and detailed
inspections, high tech equipment operations including infrared,
academics and marketing direct to the consumer preventing
opportunity for conflict of interest. |
