BC Licensed Home Inspector
My name is Mark Nicholet, a Licensed Home Inspector. I am a member of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors, WETT Inc, InterNACHI and the Independent Home Inspectors of North America. I am licensed by the BPCPA and fully insured including error, omissions and commercial general liability. Proudly serving Vancouver Island including Campbell River, Courtenay, Comox, Nanaimo and Greater Victoria. I am Academically trained and I have Residential construction and repair experience. As well as 14 years Industrial experience.

In 2001, I worked on an ISO 9001 (International organization for standardization) taskforce to implement a Quality Management System for the Pulp and Paper industry. In 1999, I took 'general trades flexibility' training at NIC. Extensive knowledge in the technical computer industry will allow me to offer 'state of the art' inspection reports to my clients. Post high school, I spent 3 years serving in the Canadian Armed Forces Infantry reserves, developing a keen sense of 'paying attention to details'.
Furthermore, I continue to provide residential home repair and renovation services to non-inspection clients. My experience in the building industry is very wide. Including working with the management team in the construction and operational phase at The Home Depot.

Commitment to Quality
With the best training and tools provided by the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), WETT Inc and Carson Dunlop Consulting Engineers, I bring quality and satisfaction to the job everyday. I have a committed outlook, offering the best service, guaranteed or your money back. My priority is your safety and comfort.
