BC Licensed Home Inspector My name is Mark Nicholet,
a Licensed Home Inspector. I am a member of the
Canadian Association of Home
and Property Inspectors, WETT Inc, InterNACHI and the
Independent Home
Inspectors of North America. I am licensed by the
BPCPA and fully insured including error, omissions
and commercial general liability. Proudly serving Vancouver Island including Campbell River,
Courtenay, Comox, Nanaimo and Greater Victoria. I am Academically trained and I have Residential construction and repair
experience. As well as 14 years Industrial experience. |
| In 2001, I worked on an ISO 9001 (International organization for standardization)
taskforce to implement a Quality Management System for the Pulp and Paper
industry. In 1999, I took 'general trades flexibility' training at NIC. Extensive knowledge in the technical computer industry will allow
me to offer 'state of the art' inspection reports to my clients. Post high
school, I spent 3 years serving in the Canadian Armed Forces Infantry reserves, developing
a keen sense of 'paying attention to details'. |

repair and renovation services to non-inspection clients. My experience
in the building industry is very wide. Including working with the
management team in the construction and operational phase at The Home
Depot. |

Provides a working knowledge of Part 9 of the 2006 B.C Building Code as
it applies to single family dwellings. Skills acquired include checking
plans, inspecting buildings and dealing with questions relating to Part
9. Covers acceptable materials, systems and methods used in housing
construction. |
