We really appreciate the job that Mark did inspecting the home we were considering in Victoria. Mark gave us a thorough, unbiased report on the condition of all home components, recommended follow-up with specialists for areas of concern, took the time to explain what he was examining, answered any questions that we had, and emphasized that he was available for any follow-up questions and concerns. We would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a thorough and professional inspection of a home they are considering.
The inspection was done very thoroughly and the pictures taken are excellent. This report could be put straight into the hands of a contractor to indicate work that needed to be done, or provide a guide to the do-it-yourselfer.
As this inspection was part of a house sale, the comprehensive report allowed us to identify areas of normal wear-and-tear to be monitored, and other items that were not up to standard that required work.

I highly recommend Apple Home Inspections. Mark's attention to detail is out matched in the industry, and his use of the Infrared technology is, in my opinion, a minimum standard for home inspections. If you are considering a home inspector and they do not use that technology, think again, and then choose Apple!
We were worried that an inspector might not be worth the money, but you were worth every penny. You did a very thorough job and explained everything as we went through and around the house. We have already recommended you to a friend who will be buying a house in the fall, and will definitely recommend you to anyone and everyone else.
