We hired Mark to inspect our potential house in Port Alberni. On the day of the inspection there was a 6 inch snow layer on the roof and he could only have a limited look at the roof. He immediately offered to inspect the roof at a later stage. The home inspection was very thorough and he spend 4 1/2 hours in the house explaining the things he noted. Although the house did not have a single serious issue, his report helped us to asses the total costs of what needed to corrected before we bought it and allowed us to get a good price for the house. The report was outstanding and he later inspected the roof with the same thoroughness. His price was at the same or similar level of many other inspectors and we feel that we got a great service.
